GENERAL CONDITIONS

Insurance
The Niza Cars rates include unlimited civil liability, fire, theft and damages insurance, except insurance excess (in order to get covered this excess there is the possibility to pay an supplement)

Taxes
The total hire charge is levied by a value-added tax of 16%.  

Rates and payment
The prices are quoted in euros. The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of accident due to client´s negligence, the client must pay the corresponding excess. Traffic and parking fines, tyres and tow-away fess due to bad parking, etc, are chargeable to the client. A credit card is required as guarantee, except American Express.

 Fuel
The client pays for the fuel contents in the vehicle when it is picked up. Parts of petrol will not be refunded.

Deliveries and pick ups
No extra charges for areas in which Niza Cars has a branche inside the province. A charge of 18 € will be made for deliveries out of hours:

a) Airport: from 23:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

b) Offices and branches: deliveries out of normal working hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 16:00 p.m. to 19:30 p.m.

Extra hours
An extra time of 60 minutes will have no additional cost. An extra charge will be made if the car is returned after this time. This applied for the first two hours which will be charged at the rate of 1/3 day rate per hour. After this you will be charged for a whole day.  

Minimum Age
All client must be over the oge of twenty one and have held a driving license for at least one year. In the case of groups E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N the client must be over the age of twenty three.
